MasterClip® VLB connects exterior curtain wall studs, bypassing the building structure. Its unique configuration allows the option for a rigid connection to resist horizontal and vertical loads, or for vertical deflection of the structure up to 2” (1” up and 1” down)
The VertiClip® SLF is used to accommodate vertical deflection requirements for connections between light steel framing and the primary structural system in a bypass condition when the stud web is inaccessible.
VertiClip® SLT and SLT(L) slide clips connect exterior curtain wall studs, bypassing the building’s structural concrete slab or structural steel frame, while allowing for a vertical deflection of the structure of 1” (½” up and down for SLT) and 1.875” (0.938” up and down for SLT(L)).
When PAF's are not allowed, the StiffClip® LB-HD series connects exterior wall studs to the building’s structure through a unique design incorporating the use of stiffened legs of a 90o angle to increase bending strength.
When PAF's are not allowed, VertiClip® SLB-HD connects exterior curtain wall studs, bypassing the building structure, while allowing for vertical deflection of the structure up to 2” (1” up and 1” down).
The Steel Network is equipped to manufacture cold-formed steel connections of any size and shape for all types of applications and specifications, with any angle, shape, pitch or slope. We create effective and efficient solutions every day for a wide range of construction and manufacturing companies.
PrimeJoist® is a revolutionary addition to the light gauge steel stud industry, producing significant economies in both design and installation when compared with conventional “C” Shaped studs. PrimeJoist’s unique configuration delivers increased strength and stiffness, minimizing or eliminating the use of built-up joist sections in floor assemblies.
StiffWall® Columns come with Boots preattached. Each Column is delivered fully assembled and ready for installation to the wall panels per project requirements, and is specified using simple nomenclature indicating only essential design requirements for each shear wall element.
StiffWall® Column is a component of TSN's StiffWall System, designed to carry loads concentrically from the point of applied loads to the foundation or other termination point and is designed to fit inside of TSN's StiffWall Boot Kit.
ThermaFast® Z-Track is used in conjunction with ThermaFast J-Track and Corner Angle to secure rigid foam insulation in a simple and fast system. It is installed between every 24" rigid foam insulation and incorporates bumps to engage and hold foam in place during installation. 1" thermal tape comes preinstalled to each track.
The PrimeWall® EQ Studs are used in non-load-bearing wall systems that support gypsum board construction. PrimeWall EQ Studs replace 20 gauge non-structural drywall studs in most applications, allowing you to use less material.
PrimeWall® EQ Track is used with PrimeWall EQ Studs in non-load-bearing wall systems that support gypsum board construction. Like PrimeWall EQ Studs, EQ Track allows you to replace 20 gauge non-structural drywall track in most applications. Each PrimeWall EQ Track is manufactured from mill-certified steel.
PrimeWall® Angle is a multi-purpose 90° knurled angle used in a variety of framing applications, including soffits, floor and ceiling runners, wall bridging, lapped framing conditions, chase walls and laminated gypsum drywall partitions.
PrimeWall® Z-Furring Channel is used in conjunction with the furring out of interior masonry or poured concrete wall substrates, in the support of rigid insulation while providing a level plane for sheathing attachment.
