Example:  A 5-story hotel, originally designed with concrete block walls, was brought to TSN for free value engineering to determine the value of utilizing SigmaStud^® on the project.  SigmaStud^® lightened the weight of the structure, resulting in the elimination of geo-piers and a switch to typical spread footings, with a savings in excess of $300,000.

Example:  A 5-story dormitory, originally designed with cast-in-place concrete wall and floor structure... TSN’s value engineering delivered an overall savings of $750,000, and enabled an accelerated construction schedule.
