The Steel Network is equipped to manufacture cold-formed steel connections of any size and shape. Some examples of custom products manufactured are shown and described here. Please allow reasonable time for production. Structural testing is available upon request.

As part of The Steel Network’s continuing efforts to provide the best value to construction professionals, common angle shapes are available. Each angle contains pre-drilled guide holes for fastener accuracy and efficiency.

Material Specifications: ASTM A653/A653M, Grade 33 (230), 33ksi (230MPa) minimum yield strength, 45ksi (310 Mpa) minimum tensile strength, G-60 (Z180) hot-dipped galvanized coating. Material thickness = 54mil (16 gauge, 0.0566” design thickness) or 68mil (14 gauge, 0.0713” design thickness).
